Privacy policy
Contractor Law Class, operated by the operator of the Contractor Law Class website, collects only what is needed to run your account and practice history.
- Account: your email address. Sign-in uses a single-use email link; no passwords are stored. By signing in you agree that we may use your email to send occasional announcements about this site. We do not sell or share your email, and you can opt out anytime.
- Practice history: your attempts, answers, scores, and Ask-the-library threads are linked to your account. We keep your 3 most recent completed tests across all test types and lengths, including samples taken while signed in, and at most 1 active test. An active test expires 7 days after it starts. Ask history keeps your 5 most recent completed question-and-answer exchanges. Older records are removed automatically.
- Export and deletion: from your account page you can download your data as JSON or permanently delete your account.
- Payments: the site does not collect payments or donations.
- Question bank: no account, attempt, answer, or score data is ever written to the question bank.
- Logs: application logs do not record answer selections, magic-link tokens, raw LLM prompts, or test file bodies.
